Reviews and Ratings
I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The room service meal was fantastic value for money and delicious, and we loved the spacious room with patio doors for our pet to exercise outside. The hotel's leisure facilities lacked temperature control, but this didn't bother us too much.
The hotel had not been cleaned properly as shower gel from previous guests was still in the bathroom. The rooms were a little dated and did not match the rest of the hotel facilities. We did enjoy an early breakfast. It was definitely value for money, especially since we only booked two days before.
The hotel is conveniently located in the beautiful Ribble Valley. The rooms are very large and comfortable, but some maintenance issues need attention. The service is friendly overall, with a minor issue at reception. The dining experience fell short of expectations, and the facilities need some improvements. The pricing could be better for what's offered.
